Smart Boat Ltd Shipping and Export Terms

NA Customers: Import duties and tariffs (US : currently 10%, CA : 0%) are payable on delivery. Smart Boat Ltd ships under DAP (Delivered At Place), so the customer is responsible for any customs charges.

EU Customers: Smart Boat Ltd ships under DAP (Delivered At Place) irrespective of order size, so the customer is responsible for any local taxes or customs charges which are payable on delivery.

UK Customers: All shipments are under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and the customer has nothing more to pay on delivery.

Product Prices: On the main product pages prices are shown inclusive of UK VAT except for North America where they are shown UK VAT excluded.  For customers in the EU, prices are adjusted to VAT Exclusive at Checkout based upon the customer’s address as all export deliveries ship under DAP.
