Our iLED Controller offers greater customization. It takes automation to the next level by fully supporting addressable LED strips. Unlike standard RGBW strips, the entire strip is controlled as a single unit. Addressable LEDs allow each LED to be individually customized. The Smart Boat iLED Controller opens up a wide range of dynamic lighting possibilities, from chasing patterns to personalized alerts.

What Makes Addressable LEDs Different?

• Standard LED Strips: Control the strip as a whole, adjusting colour and brightness uniformly across all LEDs.
• Addressable LED Strips: Control each LED independently, enabling dynamic effects like chasing patterns, gradients, or wave effects for greater flexibility and creativity.

iLED Controller Features

• Multi-Strip Control: Manage up to three independent addressable LED strips, allowing for intricate lighting effects across multiple areas.
• Enhanced Alert System: Customize individual LEDs for expanded alert functionality, such as red LEDs near the engine bay flashing when temperatures exceed safe limits or a gradient wave indicating power fluctuations.
• All the Features of the LED Controller: The iLED Controller offers the same easy installation, web-based control, OTA updates, thermal protection, and integration with third-party systems via MQTT as the LED Controller.

Practical Use Cases for the iLED Controller

• Visual Alerts: With individually controlled LEDs, you can assign different colors or patterns for specific alerts, making it easier to spot issues. For instance, pulsing blue could indicate an active bilge pump, while red flashing LEDs might warn of high engine temperatures.
• Night Mode: Set unique colours for different areas during night mode for subtle, non-intrusive lighting during overnight trips.
